About the Seeds
Social Economic Empowerment & Development Services (SEEDS), A Non- Government and Non-profitable charitable trust based out of Bangalore. SEEDS mission is to render help and important contribution to the underprivileged women to employability and strengthening the identity without any distinction of caste and all sections. Besides SEEDS also help and conduct educational tuition centers to the weaker sections’ and urban slum children, last couple of years over 100 children get benefited. SEEDS recently opened up a “We Centre” tailoring and Embroidery unit in Old Bagalur layout, through the center the women can strengthen their livelihood in the society. We are coming out various sponsorship program to raise the fund
Vision
i) To promote economic, social, educational, charitable, spiritual, literary and cultural advancement of people without any distinction of caste, creed, sex or nationality.
ii) To render help to students of low income groups,especially Minorities and other weaker sections in the form of scholarships, cash, clothes, books, food, etc.
iii) To open old age home, centres for widows, orphans, destitute, aged, abandoned, unwed mothers, physically challenged, mentally retarded, terminally ill, etc.
iv) To provide financial assistance to the existing institutions for them and to arrange for their vocational training and rehabilitation
v) To provide financial assistance for Hospitalization, Medical Help, Hospital assistance etc. for the poor and defray of funeral expenses of the destitute.
vi) To assist those stricken by natural calamities in cash or kind.
vii) To Promote promote health and family welfare activities to guide the peiople who had gone astray, addicted to alcohol, drugs free ambulance services etc. to the correct path and help them to lead a renewed life, to open centers for guidance and counseling and exercises, marriage encounter programs, etc. and to propagate god thoughts and deeds among the public so as to reduce the mental strain and tension of the people at large.

viii) To do any other charitable educational and social activities as warranted by circumstances , either directly or contributing in cash or kind to other genuine institutions and organizations.
ix) To establish, take over, manage, carry on educational institutions for the purpose of diffusion of useful knowledge in general.
x) To give educational counseling guidance and other allied activities for the students aspiring admission to various professional, technical and other academic institutions.
xi) To organise forums, seminars, camps etc. for spreading good living habits, moral values and methods of developing self-confidence, etc. and to create centers throughout the country for the above activities.
xii) To provide help under health and nutrition services for women and children.
xiii) To establish, take over, manage, improve and develop production and trading units and income generating programmes for the purpose of empowerment of the underprivileged.
xiv) To support self help groups to uplift their social economy and to establish and support micro and small enterprising communities.
